The staff was great very friendly .unfortunately they didn't have the room i had booked due to construction and had a room with levels and was very hard climbing stairs to upstairs due to me being on oxygen and i should have been given a first floor room.the larger pool and hot tub wasn't available 1st day but was 2nd day and overall property was nice
