“房间硬件设施不像想象的豪华，房间临近沙滩有些潮，但能接受！酒店整体环境不错，游泳池超大，ici冰淇淋超好吃！餐厅和活动项目较多，有较多的食物适合中国口味，价格在结账时有较大优惠。沙滩不是想象中的细腻，酒店海上免费项目不少，但船屋经理对中国人要求严格，很多项目受限。有一键直达的中文服务很贴心！”

“I did have a really great time in Mauritius and the hotel provide us a nice atmosphere and beach. Besides, all staff are willing to help. We would like to come back again ! ”

“Property was great, spacious and clean rooms. Ocean location, gated with security, very friendly and responsive staff and several small amenities that was a great addition. There was nothing to complain about the resort itself and would highly recommend. The only negatives were that they refused to upgrade me given that I am a gold member and this was a VIP hotel. I was told that I was upgraded given that our room was facing the parking lot. THEY LIED TO ME. The hotel sent me an email to upgrade……

“酒店服务一流，员工热情有礼，发自内心，环境无可挑剔，退房那天，我的房间可能没有订出，可以免费延迟至3点半退房。有点小遗憾是，入住头两天，全酒店电话和互联网服务全部出现故障，有点不方便，酒店赠送了红酒表歉意。”

“The staff were very approachable and friendly and the ambience was nice. However food wise, much improvement needed in terms of the variety and 4* standards. Property is a bit dated. Ambre Suite could do with much improvement, there's big space but not smartly laid out out. Overall I would rate it 7/10. ”

“Excellent service, and when the staff know my flight was in the evening, they gave me lately check out. We also have a surprise that after we finish our dinner and back to the room, there was beautiful decoration for us. The only thing I don't like is many hotel free water activities are in the ile Aux Cerf, and there are lots of sales for another water activities. They kept talking and introducing other activities to me, and those are expensive. It would be better if they don't bother the……

“酒店外围环境很好，房间设施太旧，木地板走路时到处有吱吱响，特别晚上去完洗手间后影响睡眠。餐厅食物性j价比低，价格贵，选择性少，水上歺厅是个亮点。早餐相当的一般。同一般的三星级酒店差不多。”

“酒店对面就海滩，这里的白沙滩要比西海岸的更细。酒店的各项服务都很好。高级间可以入住2大人和1个孩子，包半餐的话，孩子不需要另加餐费。酒店的客房都是一栋栋2层别墅，房型不同一栋别墅会3-4个房间。淋浴间没有独立的门，孩子如果较大的话会不方便。门窗没有纱窗，我入住的季节感觉蚊虫很少，但也进来一只壁虎和一只大蜘蛛，增加不了多少费用，最好酒店还是要装一下。其他的都还好。”

“我们在这住了六天，酒店拥有无敌海景房，美美哒！酒店就在鹿岛对面，每天有小船往返，很是方便！要点赞他们的职员，特别是前台一个爱笑的美女和餐厅经理，我们在这儿过的春节又遇到我先生生日，美女特意提醒餐厅给我们准备了精致的生日蛋糕，年三十晚餐时光，整个餐厅布置得满满的中国风，没想到，异国他乡的中国年过得也很开心！感谢酒店，让我们度过了一个难忘的假期！”
