Great to stay inside the park, and so close to the Bright Angel Trailhead. Accommodation was simple but clean and comfortable. The food options at the lodge are limited.

The property was nicely spaced out. The food wasn't first-rate for healthy options. Two of the staff behind the counters were less than friendly. I'm unsure if they did not like their job or couldn't understand English,

Big giant room. Has an elevator. The only complaint would be the sheets are clean but not soft and had pilling. They remind me of my grandma’s house.

Budget accommodation with a short walk to the room of the Grand Canyon. The park is in the process of cleaning up and updating the paths around the lodges.

This was so convenient for seeing the Grand Canyon. If you are looking for ease of access and don’t need any frills this is the place to be. We found the beds very comfortable.

Property was quiet, clean, beds comfortable and close to everything. Housekeeping staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Food at Maswik was poor quality. Prover much better. Shopping was convenient.

Maswik is expensive for what you get. I booked a room that had a capacity for 6 people; what they don't tell you is the room only has 2 queen beds. I had to rent a roll away bed. Also with how much i paid i had to buy dinner and breakfast. Food was pretty good but EXPENSIVE. The hotel could have included a free breakfast but i guess money is more important. Now the benefit...5 - 10 min walk to the south rim of the canyon.

Maswik lodge is right near the Grand Canyon within 5 min walking distance. Facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable with good parking available.

It’s really close to the Bright Angel trailhead and shuttle bus stops. There is a very nice cafeteria, and it is close to grocery store and walking distance from nice restaurants. It is inside Grand Canyon Nat’l park. There is a fridge but no microwave

Great location! Walking distance to the rim and other lodges/restaurants. Food court is pretty good and has lots of options. Shuttle stop right in front. Plenty of parking. We stayed in the South section which is new, clean and comfortable! Would stay here again if coming to the Grand Canyon!

While the rooms are dated the whole point is a stay inside the Grand Canyon. Unfortunately they were understaffed and we had to wait until 6pm to check in. The main reason we wanted to stay here is so that when my daughters got tired they could nap and then we could go back out and see more of the canyon. By the time we were able to get to the room everyone was overtired and we were not able to go back out.

Liked the convenience to the canyon. Bed was comfortable. Liked the view of the pines. Carpet was filthy--socks got very dirty. Unit not remodeled so dated. Came back around 2 to get a quick nap and room wasn't clean so skipped that. Restaurant was quick and descent for breakfast.

Check in was between 3-5pm. Asked for extra blankets and was told there was a “scarcity” of blankets. Did not understand how a hotel has a shortage of blankets. That said, our room was beautiful and so quiet. Saw deer outside our patio. Walkable to free shuttles that go everywhere in GC village and numerous trails.

The Maswik is a great place to stay. However, after paying top dollar for two rooms and bringing family, it was a rude surprise to have a barking dog next door to them. Embarrassing for us.
