房間比較大，整潔，安靜。離景點稍微有點遠，步行要10到15分鐘。但也是可接受范圍，餐廳也有很多選擇。

飯店人員很熱心，房間空間很大，位於學區內，周圍餐廳多而且經濟實惠，距離大教堂約15分鐘步行，整體來說住宿很舒服，就是暖氣效果有待加強

酒店很大 设施很新 房间很干净 周边有学校, 超市 ，各类小店，生活小区， 能感受到很浓的生活气息。离景区有一定距离，但也不远。需要穿过市中心广场才能到达阿尔拜辛。早餐很好很丰富。不过因为安排楼层很低 窗外没什么风景。

離火車站很近，走去市中心15分鐘，旅館雖然不新但維持的很好，服務人員很熱心，早餐很棒、很豐富，VIP 服務送的蛋糕甜點和水，很貼心～

Nice location and service
The hotel is easy to access the Granada central area. Room is big and tidy. Very friendly staff. The only thing is the hotel garage is very difficult to park in. The parking space is small and strange.

Great experience overall, starting with the reception staff helping with all questions and the check in process, the hotel itself, clean and very comfortable room, options to eat in the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and we had a chance to deal with different crews, very consistent level of service, going above and beyond to ensure we were OK. Definitely will stay again if we happen to be in Granada again.

良いホテルだが、入口が階段なためスーツケースを運び入れるのが大変。さらにロビーからエレベーターまで半階の階段を上がらなければならない。設計者は何を考えていたのか。気配りがないことが残念。

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß in der Stadt gut erreichen. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem gutes Stadthotel.

l'intérieur de l'hôtel est très bien, le personnel très bien aussi, mais pour un hôtel 4 étoilé je trouve que ne pas proposer de bouilloire est un manque ( même si nous avons réussi à en avoir une en réclamant). De plus il y avait des odeurs d'égout très désagréable dans la salle d'eau, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre alors qu'il faisait une chaleur (24°) dans la chambre et que la climatisation ne marchait pas. très peu de place pour sortir nos vêtements. nous étions en demi pension, les repas étaient plutôt copieux mais très peu de choix et pas de plat du jour pour varier le menu. Le parking est un peu cher (21€) et très étroit pour descendre. pour le petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de choix surtout en salé malheureusement très peu en sucré et le pain n'était vraiment pas bon que du pain carré.

Accès aux chambres par des ascenseurs plongeant dans le patio. Bon petit dejeuner à volonté et variées. Nous avions pris une place de parking sous terrain propre à l hotel tres pratique mais tres étroit pour circuler avec mon SUV. J ai eu peur de toucher les murs et peur pour ma franchise. Chambre manquant d une cafetières mais belle chambre et tres bonne literie.
