As an extended family of 6 (grandparents to grandkids), we really enjoyed this flat. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a large patio with dining table as well as an indoor dining area and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating. Bathrooms are nice--good hot water and water pressure.
The one thing to be aware of is that the upper floor is an attic space. The ceilings are low in spots--there is a beam at head level that you have to duck under to go in or out. Not a problem for us, but just be aware. Also, the bathroom upstairs is only a powder room so those using the two upstairs bedrooms must use a downstairs bath for showering.
The location is central--great for walking, but hard to access by car. I had to walk to get taxis on a few occasions and while it took me 5 minutes to walk, it took 15 to return by car. (This is true of all of Granada--it is not an easy city to navigate by car). Lots of cafes, shops, the cathedral, markets within easy reach.
