El departamento es espacioso y limpio, fue fácil encontrar el lugar y estuvimos muy cómodos. Sin embargo el edificio tiene un problema con el escape de gases provenientes del drenaje de la calle. Era necesario abrir las ventanas para disminuir el olor.

Great spot & host!
The host and property were great. It had enough space for 5 of us girls, each of us had our own bed. The kitchen and terrace was also lovely! My one, large complaint is that the walls are thin as heck and the beds were so uncomfortable, none of us slept well for the 3 nights we were there. The beds need to be replaced! If the beds were comfortable, the whole experience would’ve been much better.

This place is in an excellent location with a great balcony. Plenty of restaurants and patisseries nearby :-). Communication response was slow sometimes but lovely host. Note, the mezzanine level is coverted loft so low ceilings and you can hear walking around. Overall we loved it.

Great property. Nicely kept. Well worth money. There is no onsite parking. We had to wait for place as the owners said they did not get reservation forwarded by Expedia. That was the only issue. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely large apartment in central Granada
This is a good space for a group or for a family visiting Granada. It is located 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral and old city area full of lovely shops and bars/restaurants. Note though the cancellation and change policy is strict. Despite the fact we arrived with a number significantly fewer than reserved we could not make any changes and were charged +€200 for “extra” guests who did not come because those changes were within 14 days. Also note the host reads English but does not speak it well. She was slow to respond to our requests for arrival instructions - causing some stress. However, overall this is a great place to stay in Granada

My family and I recently traveled to the south of Spain and very much enjoyed our stay in Granada. The location of the apartment was great, and within walking distance to the Cathedral and to the many tapas restaurants in Granada. The property is as shown in the photographs. We are a family of seven with adult children and found the apartment spacious, clean, and comfortable. ( the only comment is the upper floor attic bedroom has low ceiling beams and you need to watch your head). Our hosts provided us with some bread, milk and juice to start us off and the local grocery store (Dia) is convenient, being only a block away. The patio was made use of every day and was a very nice feature of the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, great location
As an extended family of 6 (grandparents to grandkids), we really enjoyed this flat. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a large patio with dining table as well as an indoor dining area and a comfortable living room with plenty of seating. Bathrooms are nice--good hot water and water pressure. The one thing to be aware of is that the upper floor is an attic space. The ceilings are low in spots--there is a beam at head level that you have to duck under to go in or out. Not a problem for us, but just be aware. Also, the bathroom upstairs is only a powder room so those using the two upstairs bedrooms must use a downstairs bath for showering. The location is central--great for walking, but hard to access by car. I had to walk to get taxis on a few occasions and while it took me 5 minutes to walk, it took 15 to return by car. (This is true of all of Granada--it is not an easy city to navigate by car). Lots of cafes, shops, the cathedral, markets within easy reach.

Wonderful property that sleeps up to 10 people. The loft portion has 6 single beds in three rooms and there are two double beds in the two downstairs bedrooms. Lots of options....very modern bathrooms and everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor patio was HUGE and a great place to have breakfast. This was the best value apartment we stayed in on our 3 week trip! Parking was expensive at 17 euros a night, but the apartment well made up for it.

Great stay in Granada
The appartment is ideally located, at a stone throw from the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel. Major historical sites and districts are very nearby and you can enjoy walking down the typical districts of Albaicin and Sacromonte. The bars and restaurants offering is great. Bus system is very convenient (and cheap) to easily get to the Alhambra. The appartment is cosy and the real added value is definitely the terrace. Though, mind your head when using the rooms upstairs as the ceiling is really low. Apparently the building suffers from drain issues and a very bad smell was floating in the bathrooms. It disappeared after a few showers but came back when it rained. I though suspect a city drain problem rather than an issue with the appartment. Fani is a really kind host, providing very useful tips and was very accomodating with our luggage when checking out. We do recomend this place for a stay in Granada !

Geweldig appartement in hartje Granada
Heel veel ruimte en luxe in een appartement midden in de stad. Je kunt zelfs lopend naar het Alhambra. En supermarkten, restaurants en winkels zijn ook binnen handbereik.

Appartement exceptionnel
Très bon accueil. Hôtes ponctuels. Nous étions 4 dans ce spacieux logement où vous pouvez séjourner à 12 sans problème (3 salles de bains et WC). Très propre. Immenses terrasses pour manger le soir (le midi trop chaud en Mai). Très bien situé pour visiter tout à pied. Très propre et très bien équipé.

Genau, was wir wollten
Mit sieben Erwachsenen haben wir eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung gehabt. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, findet man in der Umgebung alles: hervorragende Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Taxis, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch für sieben Personen Ist die Wohnung gross genug. Die herrliche Dachterrasse ist gut eingerichtet und wir hatten das Wetterglück, dass wir die Terrasse von morgens bis abends geniessen konnten. Diese Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen 😉👍

Casa muy bonita y la dueña muy amable
El ático es muy bonito y está todo nuevo y cuidado igual que en las fotos. La dueña muy simpática y amable, nos dejó todo para el desayuno al día siguiente. Muy buena la experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Très bel appartement au calme
Appartement très spacieux et confortable. La grande terrasse doit être très agréable l'été. La propriétaire est sympathique. 2 points négatifs : la Wifi marche mal et l'appartement ne dispose pas d'un parking donc il faut prendre un parking public (17€/jour).
