“The condominium was pristine and Andrea a delight to work with. She always responded to any questions very quickly and was most pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s easy to get to the college, the hospital, many restaurants, grocery stores, and down town Chapel Hill from this location. There are woods at the beginning of the property with a lovely walking trail. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the Chapel Hill area.”

“Tired and disappointing. The keypad to get in was not clearly visible but we were able to access the lock box and found the keys. Beds were rock hard, appliances have seen better days. Only enough towels for our party of 4 adults to take 1-2 showers over 6 days. Water backed up to the ankles when taking each shower (bad drain). Ran out of toilet paper and the internet went down all night on our last night. Still wasn't functional when we checked out. The headboard in one room rattled every time...
