"This was our first stay at this hotel and our first time in Brooklyn. The hotel was great, it was clean, we had an amazing view from our room and from the spacious rooftop patio. "Location close to subway, and staff were for most part very nice. Breakfast included is nice option. There was flooding one night above our floor (we were on 3rd), so our neighboring room had to be disturbed for emergency repairs to be made -- from about 2am into the next day -- to our floor and, presumably, to others, including the lobby ceiling. But let's assume that was a one-off."
