"We enjoyed Arc La Rambla’s location on the boulevard. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice room on the second floor that had a balcony that overlooks La Rambla. "

"Reserved for a comfort triple with a separate bedroom with 2 twins/ 1 king and a twin in living room. Was put in a double with smaller room and no bedroom living area separated. The hotel staff continually argued that it was an upgrade like I was stupid. They did give me the room reserved after 2 days and provided free breakfast. I had to argue to get back the free breakfast when they removed the breakfast after 2 days. "
