We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4"

"We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size."

"The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view."

"Very cozy, comfortable condo. We were there for a swim meet in downtown St Petersburg which was only about a ten to fifteen minute ride each morning. The owner was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and met all or needs and the bed in the Master was so comfortable."

"We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and updated and the pool and beach area were great. You need to drive if you want to go to a restaurant or beach, but that is fine. Overall a very good time."

"This place is wonderful! Water (and dolphin) views from every room, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen/beach gear. The pool was heated enough that my kids were comfortable swimming even earlier in the day or when it was overcast. The shell hunting was great on the mostly empty beach below. And there were of course tons of walking paths and the golf course. Quick and easy drive to the gulf beaches, downtown Tampa, and downtown St. Pete. "Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do."

"This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again."
