I missed the personal and service minded attention of the staff. I like the suites. Well design and perfectly comfortable. A pity a could stay the amount nights I planned, due to a personal situation and I had to depart to The Netherlands.

My husband and I stayed one night here and were completely impressed with the level of service and the overall friendliness of the staff. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great! We would definitely like to stay with them again. The only negative is the location. It is perfect if you need to go to the UZ Gent hospital or a place to rest after going to an event at the arena, but there really is nothing to do beside take a bus into the city—the bus stop is right across the street. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay here!

Superb stay
We booked 3 rooms for family vacations and we enjoyed the stay in very comfort and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, everyone could find something for him. We recomend it an we will definitely come back again.

Hotel is located in a great location for those wanting to hit multiple cities. It is a 10 minute ride to the center of Ghent and 30 minute drive to Antwerp

Outstanding customer service and excellent value. We had a spacious room which was spotlessly clean. The check in experience was flawless and the staff member could not have been more helpful. Great room layout, great shower. TV and lounge section in room. Competent breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend. Bus stop outside gets you to Ghent in 15/20 mins.

Let down by high parking charge
Top Hotel, Staff are amazing. Parking at €20 for one night for hotel quests is far too high! That is my only fault. Would I stay again? Not unless you reduce the parking.

In general hotel is very good. Parking is not free of charge and it should be for hotel guests. Big minus goes for breakfast. It is not in accordance with the rest of the hotel at all. Breakfast is on level of B&B hotels

Nice Hotel
The hotel was very clean and the start were always helpful. It is located outside of the city centre, around 15 mins by car. Parking is expensive for the location.

Overall good. Rooms are spacious and good. Good place to stay if you don't need to be in the center all the time. Also with car everything is close. I was only little bite surprised for the 20euro parking a day. Breakfast was also good, enough variety.

Nice and friendly staff, but the worst breakfast I've ever had.the breakfast was packed in a bag, and inside a dry roll with cheese only, even without the addition of butter

Unfortunately in Belgium we have strict rules which we have to oblige to due the COVID-19 regulations. It is for this reason we are not able to offer our buffet at this point in time. Breakfast is therefore partly pre-packed. Butter, jam, and many other condiments are available single packed still on the buffet depending on your personal preference. New hotel nice rooms
New hotel and everything was fresh and clean. I visited during covid 19 restrictions, the staff were great but as facilities were limited cannot comment on them.

Brand new hotel next to the motorway. With a recently introduced low emission zone for Gent allows you to stay away from the city centre, avoid fines and reduce pollution. Excellent room, great breakfast, good bar and gym. A bit weird to mention, but there are no toilet brushes and apparently this is deliberate. Not sure if removing them serves its aesthetic purpose.

Hotel brand new and overall good for a family stay. Let down a little by cleanliness in room (toilet was dirty when we got in) teething issues I am sure. Nice decor. Good breakfast.
