"The house was great. Convenient to Gettysburg, roomy, very nice house/cabin. I really like the upstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, the upstairs one was a low entry. Had a nice laundry area. Only a couple of things were a drawback. The screened in porch had not been cleaned or aired out. It was unusable. The grill area is feet away from the septic, my husband who is a plumber used to the smell would not use it. The lawn in the back had not been mowed so using the fire...

"Our 2nd stay at this beautiful quiet cottage - last time was in 2022 and since then the owners have put in a new deck, new kitchen appliances, and coffee bar. Spotlessly clean as before, everything well kept up and in working order, and (what we love best) a beautiful quiet location. Close to Chambersburg stores & restaurants but you can easily spend the day enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the front deck or thru the front windows. Loved it, loved it, loved it and hope to get back again."

"My husband I enjoyed our stay at Linda’s home. It was perfect for what we needed, as we were in town for a family celebration in Westminster. It is a historic home, so as a therapist, I have to say that it would not be good for someone with orthopedic or balance issues since it has stairs with no handrail to get to the bedroom, and some of the wooden flooring is uneven. However, for able bodied individuals it is a cozy, warm and comfortable stay! The kitchen and bathroom are both recently...

"Fantastic property tucked away in the hills. Was an unusually hot Pennsylvania weekend, but the climate control of the house was exceptional. Hot tub in the property was a nice touch, and the fire pit was an excellent place to unwind in the evenings. The kitchen functioned extremely well, permitting each of us to prepare a wide range of dishes while visiting. Absolutely recommend this listing for a nice secluded getaway."

"The area was beautiful and very quite! We loved the cabin we stayed in. While we did run into some minor issues, staff was VERY accommodating and attentive. We hope to come back and would love to stay on the grounds again. They love dogs and that made us feel more comfortable.
