"Stayed at this rental for Labor Day weekend with my family. The house was amazing, it was clean the beds were super comfortable, the only thing that was a little annoying was the squeaking of the bunk bed every time you move. Other than that, everything was great. we used the bikes that were available to bike to the beach and the shower outside was amazing! the bike ride to beach is about 10-15 min and walking is like 40 min, driving 5 min. I recommend staying here!"

"But definitely not our last. We wanted a beach getaway without the traffic and crowds you find further south and Broadkill fit the bill. This cottage is perfect for a couple a family or small group. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved hanging out on the screened porch playing cards and a couple of the board games provided. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and my husband is still talking about the pizza he had from the Broadkill store...

"The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers."

"Nice and clean house, steps to beach for a visit with grandkids. Loved the separate cottage like in-law suite. Allowed some down time and privacy. Location was a short drive to Lewis, DE and perfect for nature lovers. The step down to the beach is a bit washed out, just have to watch your steps. However there is a public entrance a few blocks away and a small store to grab ice cream and a sandwiches."

"Wonderful Location and proximity to Ocean City!Quiet,quaint ocean cottages on bayside.Great for walks in neighborhood,esplly with our doggies.Plenty trails close by.Highly recommend Isle of Wight Park(is on the way over or back from OC)Nice cozy place and beds. Sunroom toasty and warm.There is heater,AC unit on both sides.Stayed plenty warm enough on cool Fall nights.All amenities as home,kitchen ,fridge microwave, stocked pans,silverware and items.(We had brought our usual paper plates,bowls...

"Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants."
