I booked this place because the listing said it had air conditioning and wifi. They had neither. Their were cockroaches in my room and they charged me a ridiculous amount of money to do laundry.

Not What I Expected
There was no toilet paper, soap, towel, or trash can in the room. A bar soap and towel were provided after I asked the reception. The pillows and sheets had stains on them and looked unclean. There were bugs in the room. It was also very loud around the hotel. There seemed to be no sound proofing - you could hear everything from outside.
