"Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit...

"We had a great time. The house and lake was perfect for our group. Shallow by the dock which was great for kids.. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. My grands loved the game room upstairs by the kitchen and it was nice for us to all be playing on the same floor. The host was attentive, close by and responsive to questions. "After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too"

The location is perfect for those wanting to walk Main Street in Eureka Springs. The check in/out process was convenient and not complicated."
