I’ve been here a few times but this was by far my worst experience here. Upon checking in my reservation could not be found at all even with having my receipt and confirmation numbers etc. it was explained to me that the property had not received the reservation from the third party (Expedia) although my room was book and paid for almost a month ago 4/12 to be exact. Finally the representative spoke with her manager and they were able to just make a new reservation and send us on our way. Only to get to the room and it was not the room that I had paid for originally which was a themed room suite. I called the front desk immediately only to be told that there were no rooms left of the kind which I reserved and paid for and if I could send copies of my documentation showing proof of the reservation and payment. The process was so long and frustrating that by the time they were able to accommodate us my children literally only had maybe 30-45mins left at the water park before they closed. My 7 year old was so sadden by this especially since we have to check out tomorrow morning. What a totally waste of time and such a inconvenience we drive way from Lancaster CA only for all of this to happen not a good feeling and i don’t think we will be back. I spend way too much money to have had this type of experience. What a waste of time and money

I have been to 3 wolf lodge locations and this was by far the worst , 40 dallors just to park after paying the expensive resort fee and lodging already, then the breakfast buffet is a joke 3 selection basically watery scrambled eggs, stale bacon and mini pancakes that you can buy at the store and microwave for 25 bucks per person adult and 12 for child the pool had a giant rouch the ones with wings running around the kids area gross just the worst experience I have ever had.

I was very confused that I booked a room that should’ve had 2 king beds and a bunk bed because we had a party of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids but when I got there we got a room with only 2 full size beds. Also they did not care to come and change out the garbage. My friend also called and requested towels and an extra blanket but never got either. The lady that handled us on the first night there was very unwelcoming. She was there to do her job for the night and that’s it. They also had the microwaves in the common area of the hallways which made it impossible for us to keep making bottles for our babies. Other than that, the pool was nice and the room was clean. Property was clean.

This was a very good stay. I would visit this lodge more often if there would be specials or seasonal events that would be fun. Also if it would be more in budget. But over all the resort was very helpful and accommodating.

The water options/slides are fantastic! My two kids (8 & 9 yrs old), husband and I loved them. They need to make it more clear that children get measured in a certain spot to get a colored wrist band that coordinates with their height for certain slides. It's not cool that the arcade's prices go up at 7pm every night, so you need more points/tokens for each game then. The A/C in our unit was super loud with an extra sound, which kept my 8 year old awake. The gluten free pizza in the restaurant right next to the arcade was pretty good. (My husband said it was better than the regular pizza.) FYI, you cannot check in at a kiosk if you book through a third party (like Expedia). You have to wait in line for a front desk agent, though the line moved quickly. Be sure to pay for parking upon check-in. If you try to do it outside at the kiosk when you're leaving, it will say you owe more than you do, per hourly, instead of the overnight guest rate. (The kiosk said we owed $52, whereas when I went inside and asked a rep for help, we actually owed $30.50, including tax, for the night.) Overall, had a great time.

Arrived at 2 pm before checked-in and our room was available. Staff asked me to download the app which is very helpful esp the dining options and activities for kids. Our family suite room was clean. Restaurant food is good. Pricing was affordable. My 4-year-old daughter enjoyed the activities esp the dance howl. Good for families with kids! There are a lot of people on a rainy weekend but because it's indoors, it looks like it's summertime inside the waterpark! Overall we had fun and we will be back! The only downside was after I paid at Expedia, I checked on the GWL website and it was cheaper.

Good however I got a little disappointed waiting for my room to be available. I check in early and the gentleman help said I will get a text when the room is ready. It after 2.5 hrs and I didn't get any text yet. I went back to front desk and I have been told that they have to re-do my check in and change my door key. What a waste of my 2 hours.

My review is probably not fair. I have teenagers so we were not staying there for the lodge. Overall room was roomy and comfortable. Was also quiet inside the room everywhere else was busy.
