I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. "Everything we needed and expect. Bathroom—clean, well lit, plenty of towels, good counter space, mirrors, hot water. Beds comfortable, good pillows, AC adjustable to just how we like it. Room quiet. Restaurants have surprisingly good food and efficient, friendly staff. There aren’t restaurants in the immediate area, so we ate there several times. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly nor happy. We would stay here again. Location, location, location. "
