Comfortable Cottage That is Close to Area Attractions

We purchased this Cottage for our family enjoyment on Pine Creek and want you to enjoy it also as a Vacation Rental. Our Cottage is very comfortable for up to 6 guests and comes furnished. Where you may prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, utensils, dishes, pots and pans to cook on and more. We also provide a laundry room equipped with a washer & dryer so you do not have to worry about running out of clothes. Off the main Bedroom & Den is door leading to a covered porch with a table & 4 chairs and gas grill. Also in the back yard we have a gas grill and a picnic table raised up. Also for your after dark enjoyment a fire pit to sit by and gaze up at the beautiful night skies above. WI-Fi and streaming live tv is available for you to use. Also there is access to Pine Creek within walking distance of the cottage a state road that leads down to the Creek with a spot to put in your Canoe or Kayak and float down Pine Creek.

Kayak tradition
My children and now grandchildren come every year in May to kayak. This is our second stay at this property. Love the changes to the backyard! We also appreciate the ability to bring the dog. Will definitely recommend!

Nicely remodeled, lots of room
Decent place with a good bit of room. Just note that it is right up against Rte 6 so you’ll have traffic right outside the front windows. However this was expected as I knew where it was based on the description so not a complaint, just a note for other folks that may not do the same diligence.

Wonderful cottage with everything you need!
We stayed here to visit Wellsboro and see the PA Grand Canyon. This cottage was close to both areas and other state parks. We want to come back again and explore more of this beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again. It had everything you needed, which made packing so easy. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was clean and bigger than the pictures show online. The fire pit was an extra plus. The cottage is along the road, but it didn’t bother us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage it was very cute and perfect for us to attend our sons wedding at Creekside Barn. The outside area was great with a firepit and deck looking over the creek. We were unable to utilize because the weather did not cooperate. Had a dog lead out back which was very useful. Would highly recommend staying there The Sullivans

Clean, Cute Cottage
When I stay anywhere my #1 concern is always cleanliness. This cottage was very clean and spacious. The back yard is beautiful and the deck overlooking the creek was our favorite spot. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The property is pet friendly but they are not allowed on the furniture, which makes sense. The beds were very comfortable too. The location in regards to going to the PA Grand Canyon etc was perfect. I would stay here again without hesitation. We really enjoyed our time there.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!!
Can't say enough about how nice this stay was. This area has been a home away from home for us for over 20 years, but the place we've stayed at was sold. Creek Bend Cottage was great!!! Beautiful backyard with an awesome firepit and "creek balcony," plus more. Inside was so cozy - we cook a lot, and everything we needed was there! Owner communication was great. Loved our vacation!

Nice weekend getaway
We stayed here for 3 nights as it was close to the dark skies park and many hiking and biking trails. Our dogs enjoyed sniffing around the backyard and the people enjoyed using the fire pit every night. We were very glad to have bottled water in the welcome package as we weren't accustomed to the taste of the tap water in this area. Owners were very easy to communicate with and clearly thought about how guests would use the accommodation.

Surprising Little Cottage
This property was a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem, which was great! We loved the backyard and had plenty of room to unwind and relax. My one gripe was that the yard wasn't fenced in as it said in the listing. There was a dog lead which was great for our small dog, but my big dog is pretty trained and thankfully didn't wander. A nice little stay and it was convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. A small suggestion, bring your own towels, the towels that come with the property were small and a bit dingy. I would definitely recommend to others!

The home was farther then 12 miles, it was 18 miles from Wellsboro PA Dickenson Christmas. I booked the place a year in advance for six adults, the bathroom had only enough towels for ONLY 2 people to shower. The house had a musty smell and was somewhat clean. It was a much older home than photos depicted online. Thick dust was on an outlet plug in our bedroom I used for my husband's CPAP. The manager showed up uninvited to drop off paper towels that no one asked her for. When I rent a place I expect my privacy to be respected. She should have contacted me to ask permission to show up. I had paid for my two dogs to be there and my niece was not comfortable handling them while I was gone.

Lovely Cottage and Then Some
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was charming and the owners took care of every need with those little extras you do not expect to see when renting a house. Great location in the middle of all the popular attractions. The yard was large enough for our dog to roam and the fire pit was a favorite weekend space.

Very pleasant and spacious stay
We needed a place not too far from our eldest’s College drop off. We wanted a place anchored ‘in between’ to break down the driving. This PA location was ideal. But we hadn’t expected all the space we would be getting. As we needed the Gollege packing list to be complete, the space was truly a bonus. And that my son was able to have the space to put his doers room essentials and duffels without crowding the rest if the family was amazing. We were able to spend our final few days BbQ’ing snd S’moring and hiking the Allegheny area and it felt so much better than a driving 7 hours twice would fave.. So thank you for the comfort, cleanliness snd extra space. We will be back!!

Cozy cottage great for fishermen and stargazing.
Nice cottage. Liked the remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Covered porch was awesome because we all smoke and it rained our last night there. Fire pit is awesome with plenty of dry wood. If your a stargazer bring your telescope, nice dark sky's here. We got to see Saturn and it's rings, Jupiter and 3 of it's moons, Mars, and Andromeda Galaxy just to name a few. It appears they are working on building a deck off the back bank which would be amazing for a telescope user. Parking was sufficient for my mom's suv, my suv and our utility trailer for our kayaks. Beechwood lake and Lyman Run State Park are within roughly 15 min drive from the cottage. Kayaking and fishing at both are very nice. Only bad experience there was the amount of spiders out front but, you are by the woods. Would recommend staying here.
