“The apartment is, as advertised, a very attractive basement apartment. Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall.”

It was well equiped with everything we needed, all the beds/rooms were super confortable, plus the host was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are looking to book with a big group of friends (we were 12 and never felt like we were stepping over each other). Also, the location is perfect, very nice view of the river and close enough to downtown fredericton!”

“Easy check-in, fast response time for communicating with the host and many amenities including TV and couch in cozy living room, pots and pans, a microwave, a stove and oven in the kitchen, dining room with table and chairs. The only thing was that the bathroom shower head was low because of the low hanging ceiling. Thanks for hosting us!”

“A very nice well kept hotel with large rooms. The only odd item was having staff plating your buffet breakfast and having a tip jar for them front and centre. Also a QR code in the bathroom to use for tips. ”
