"The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that they charged the stay on the credit card I had used to secure the booking, rather than the card I had...

"The hotel is very nice, I enjoyed the large t.v, the comfortable beds and the full size toiletries in the bathroom. All of the employees were very friendly also! But I wasnt impressed with the breakfast, especially for the price. And the coffee was pretty bad. Even the starbucks coffee in the lobby wasnt good, it tasted old. "

"The valet guys were always available, friendly and very helpful each time I needed my vehicle. They even helped with our luggage to our room and loading my car when we left early Sunday morning. The hotel was clean and my room was close to an elevator since I have trouble walking great distances at times. Our hotel was easy to get to the venue where my granddaughter had dance competition was located and it turned out to be close to every other place we wished to visit."
