Steve is responsive and check in was easy, but the unit wasn’t in the best shape in terms of cleanliness and finishing. Location pros: convenient parking, lovely neighborhoods nearby. Cons: bedroom backs up to busy street- road noise can be heard at all hours.

Can’t get over the gnat issue
The apartment is cute and looks like the pictures online. My issue was with the gnats in the bathroom. Upon arrival we were met by the building maintenance man, who was there checking on things as we arrived. Once he left I did notice a few gnats in the bathroom but nothing terrible, that night they seemed worse but I was like whatever. The next morning they were all over the ceiling in the bathroom, all in the toilet and were going out into the bedroom… none of us were even able to shower because the bathtub and shower curtain were covered in gnats. Other than that the apartment was cute and nice just not a chance I am willing to take again…
