Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It’s not the hotels fault but there was a carnival set up directly behind the building and it was extremely loud.

The property seems to be aging, and less than ideally maintained. I had to ask for a different room as the tub faucet didn't just drip, it had a steady stream that couldn't be stoped. This should have been addressed before renting the room. To the managements credit, my room was promptly exchanged. I'm not expecting a four star hotel, but there are better hotels in the area with better amenities and price point. I have been to several Best Western hotels and have been very satisfied, never this disappointed. I am not trying to come off as being overly harsh here, but I was just disappointed with this and a few other little things that just added to my disappointment. I will still visit other Best Western hotels.

The room had a strong disinfectant odor. The pillows look more like a very small cushion, made it very difficult to rest, I suggest buying regular size pillows to ensure a better night sleep. On top of all these I got a rash on my arms I guess from contact with the sheets/comforters. Worst night ever.

Its not bad...check in was great and lobby is nice...the bad...wifi was in and out as its open and not password procected so anyone could use..also didnt like not being able to use side entrace for easier access to our room. Jetted tub is very small compared to the 100 ive seen but still nice.

There was so much mold in the rooms it was insane. They had nailed wood piece to the ceiling above the AC units, which were covered in mold. The smell was ungodly! The hotel in general just appeared outdated, poorly cleaned, and run down.

This hotel is what you would expect for the price. If you are okay with outdated rooms, old curtains, lighting and bedding and obvious smoke smells in the hallways then just know its what you get for less than $100 per night. I do not plan to book a stay here again. You get what you pay for but it is definitely time for a refresh.

The location was perfect for this trip. Close to the highway,15 minutes ride to Sweetwater Sound. Safe area to go for a walk and to restaurants.

STAY AWAY
TERRIBLE service especially from someone claiming to be the manager. Ran out of hot water 1/2 way through my shower. Dust and debris behind the main door and bathroom door to my room. Tried to check out a day early to stay at another hotel but was told I would still billed for the second day of my reservation.

Alfonso:I personally dealt with you while you were here. At first, you came to the desk and stated "I would like to check out early as I am going home early." I mentioned to you that you booked 3rd party and that it was a 24 hour cancellation based on the 3rd party that you booked with. You stated "ok i will just stay then." It wasn't until you called the 3rd party company that you claimed your hot water was not working. We were sold out that night and you were the only one with an issue. I asked if I could come into your room to check myself and you refused.As for the other claims, this is the first time you have made any claims in terms of cleanliness at all. This review is more about you being mad that we stuck with the 3rd party policy of not allowing any modifications to the reservation and less about any of the issues you stated.

Toilet over flowd on bathroom floor and walkway as you go into my room was told by front desk guy had to leave my room go to room 106 or he would cancel my booking and make me leave the hotel took room keys to 106 and then took 30 minutes to unpack all my stuff again and then passed the hell out and finally went to sleep

I had an unavoidable delay and called to ask to change my reservation to the following day. I was told that it was impossible and that I would have to pay full price for a night I did not stay at this hotel. This is by far the worst customer service I have gotten from this brand of hotels. Do not recommend.

Staff were very helpful. The place was clean, including breakfast area. Convenient on/off from highway. Nearby dining options and also a major grocery. And....a big plus....the heating unit was not noisy so it didn't interfere with getting some rest.

The staff on the front desk are exceptional friendly and super helpful. The late evening the toilet is clogged and water leaked at same time cause the water ont e floor and to the main floor. The staff on the front desk came as soon as hang up the phone, clean the floor untill the housekeeper came. The did together to clean up.

We pride ourself on having a variety menu. Unfortunately, that sometimes means something on the menu not being available. There is definitely still a supply chain issue on certain products. For example, I am unable to get bacon sometimes.

Tired and in need of a refresh
Beds were comfortable, pillows were so so. The amenities in the bathroom are lacking, no lotion, no facial cleansers, nothing you have to ask at the reception if you want these items. There was stains that looked like coffee or blood on the bathroom walls that needed to be cleaned. The hotel is very tired looking and needs a complete refresh. Plus the breakfast was cold, tasteless and stale-tasting.
