"The accommodations and staff were nothing but helpful, friendly, and understanding. The one mattress in our room had a giant stain on the frame which was concerning but we had no other choice but to deal with it. The bathroom also didn’t look very clean, lots of dirty spots along the walls and crevices. ..."
