"The place itself it nice and clean and well stocked, close to the beach and all necessities. The two things I did not like are; The house has a circular driveway and the owner parked their Tesla to charge right in front of the entrance of the unit so every time we had to go anywhere we had to back out our car on a circular driveway which was a pain, it's ok if you had to do it once but if you have to do it a few times a day it becomes annoying very fast trying to maneuver out of a circular...

"It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor."

"The owners are absolute the best.. Very friendly and accommodating.. Not one thing is missing that you will need on your stay.. Once of the neatest and most clean places you will ever stay as well.. The pool and surrounding neighborhood is great.. went on a daily walk and the people are all friendly around the neighborhood as well..You will not be disappointed in this rental in any way. "Great peaceful stay with clean pool area space, useful kitchen and bedroom. The coffee maker needed cleaning, grounds were forgotten but the space itself was clean and comfortable, thank you! Great fridge/freezer, oven everything worked great. We loved the location, 10 minutes from the beach and central to lots of other towns."

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "
