Most of our comments are about the kindness of my Team and their good reccomandation, so let me excuse us if we failed with you.Regarding the lift, you are right is not so big, that's why we have 2 elevators.Our Roof Top Terrace, located on the top Floor, unfortunately doesn't have sunshades as they are not permitted by law and sometimes could be hot upstairs, but the pation in front of our Bar could be a nice place to cool down and then a nice Swimmin Pool to relax and refresh during the hottest days.I'm very dismayed for the situation you had to face off with the "drunk" guy, who was staying at the Hotel as Guest (he wasn't an external).As soon as my colleague saw him, he immediately tried to help him and called the doctor. Once the situation was under control, we tried to calm him down in order to avoid such a noise and to disturb other Guests.But, please, allow me to underline that the "drunk guy" was a Guest of our Hotel and we couldn't kick him out of our Hotel, but we tried instead to help him.Said that, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and try to regain your confidence.Our goal is absolutely the satisfaction of our Guests and we try to do our best to make every Guests stay a good memory, I'm deeply sorry that we weren't able to do it with you.Best Regards,
