Short walk from/to train station! Hotel is in a fairly busy area, can walk to St Marks easily. Check in went well - a person checked us in. there was a lift so it was easy to go upstairs. room was larger than we expected, but not much space to move around with luggage. beds were good. bathroom was small but adequate - no issues, shower very small. problem with small light bulbs over the bed, they did not fix it well. friendliest person we met was the maid/cleaning lady, Aida. Folks at front desk were ok only. no food in this hotel - but many good restaurants nearby. Checkout was easy - a person again.

We had the electricity/power go out on the second night and we had to sleep without power, A/c in a hot, dark room with mosquitoes and only our section of the hotel was without power and when asked they lied to us, didn’t give us another room that was available and had power until the morning. Our 2 kids were crying and frustrated all night and the staff didn’t do anything to help. They were also serving old boiled eggs in the breakfast. A:c wasn’t working in the new room when they changed our room. And there were leaks in the washroom and near the A/c in the second room. Terrible hotel, terrible management and what a terrible experience Disappointed in Expedia for working with this hotel.

Weeks before I arrived at hotel i asked if I rent a car do u have parking. All they said was no. I asked if there was parking nearby and got no reply. They should have told me it was inadvisable to drive a car in florence. The staff.was not very helpful some ignored u and we had to ask for towels in the room because they only gave us one. The safe wouldn't work and nobody came to fix. The breakfast was ok but at least it was free. The shower was so small u could Barely fit into.

Everything was perfect except the space. A bit cramped but overall we will book this place again. 3 mins walk to the centrale train station. Near Mercato. Very good.

Property is listed as upscale, it isn't. Used wash rags for hand towels. Shower isn't usable if your more than 5'-5" tall and 115lbs. Nice cockroach every night in the Bathroom.

Property was walkable from train station and other sights around Florence. The locaion of the property was on a busy street since it was close to the train station which made it noisy through the night. The staff was friendly. Property felt safe. Room was clean and decent size for just two people.

Hotel is in a great location, close to both the train station, tram and Duomo. Hotel room is small but it's not unmanageable especially if you're just using it as a place to sleep. Only issue was with the amount of mosquitoes that were in the room, this meant that I could not keep the window open and spent some time trying to kill them as the noise kept me up at night.

Hotel was clean and tidy but very noise from the outside. There was electric blinds in the room to cover the window but it did not block out the light from outside so room was very light. They are trying to be eco friendly by limiting power to cartons things in the room so the air conditioning did not work constantly was intermittent. Breakfast was very spear and limited with options.

Nice and close to the train station. A lot of foot traffic in front of the hotel. Nicely place for walking to attractions. Room was a little dirty and the TV did not work. Oddly the windows don't look. Because it's right on a busy street, it can be loud at night

It's a 5 minutes walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novela station so it's very convenient for doing day trips. The hotel is walking distance to the Duomo & most museums. It also has a good selection of breakfast options. Staff is friendly. I'll definitely will stay here again and recommend it.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit tight, so if you have a lot of luggage there won't really be much room in the room to store everything. All in all a great pace to stay while in Florence.

They’ve attempted to remodel the place but none of the electronics in the room worked, not even the phone. Also plumbing has issues (shower drain backed up). The bathroom remodel was strangely done and the layout was extremely tight even though there was space to do it right. Shame. They tried; but failed. For this price, I expected better quality and staff wasn’t too friendly.

All in all it was lovely. Comfortable bed and cosy room. However, breakfast was a little underwhelming. Perhaps some more variety, and egg holders in case someone wants soft not hard boiled eggs. Also, a kettle and a couple of cups and tea bags/ coffee sachets in the room would be a nice touch. So your guests can make themselves a cup when chilling in their room. It s a nice touch.

The location was the best. Its only 5 minutes from the train station and the most important places to visit in Florence are a 10 minutes walk. The rooms are small but nice, clean and comfortable.

I believe they gave me their worst room location. Next to elevator. On street. Gaps in widow and door created a huge draft. Lcd on heater made it an unwanted nightlight. Blinds were woefully inadequate. Light came from outside lights, cars and sun. Sewer smell from plumbing. Charged double the tax my other hotel in florence did. I have a sore throat now. Felt perfect before i stayed here. And obviously tired as hell because i got no sleep because of them. Sadly all these problems are easily solved if they cared.

Hi, the problems could have been solved if you had reported it to the reception in real time. In our rooms everything is working but if there was a maintenance problem the reception would have solved it promptly. We are sorry for your experience but the everything is collected in the hotel.

I would give them 5 stars, if they offered shampoo as pictures. Everything was really awesome, staff, building, breakfast, environment and safety. The soap in bathroom smells terrible, they don't offer shampoo and location as pictures.

Nice centrally located hotel
Great hotel in the city center. Very close to the tram drop off that runs to the airport. The train station is close as well. Easy to walk to all the museums.

The property was so close to the tram to the airport. A perfect location to everything. The room with balcony was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I will stay there again when in Florence.

location location location. train station is right at corner and the domo is right behind it via an alley that looks from a harry potter movie full of restaurants and shopping. breakfast was excellent. only two things i did not like, my room did not have a curtain so there was too much outside light at night, the blinds alone wont do it. second but out of the hotels control is a loose manhole cover plate outside on the street. everytime a car drove over it it went clank clank clank clank all night long

The rooms are clean and comfortable! The breakfast is great: you could have all you need to start busy day of work exploring Italy. The staff is amazing, they are helpful a friendly. ( Especially Valeria: she is just great!!!!! Thank you Valeria for everything!!!). The location is incredible
