"Very disappointed with Hotels.com not notifying us of a 60euro cleaning fee imposed after a 1 night stay. There add also says theres a full size fridge and a dishwasher however no dishwasher and a small fridge. The quality of a accommodation was well below par.... not at all in line with same rated places. The lady that checked us in was lovely but the additional fees were ridiculous!!! Very very disappointing. "

"From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the property. In fact, we could not have picked a more perfect location. The house had everything we needed, which made our six-day stay truly memorable. The facilities were excellent, the view from the balcony truly stunning. "Samantha and Arne have done an amazing job of transforming their historic property into a modern space. Yet the historic is maintained with exposed parts of the old building. They are a very friendly couple and Heidi their dog is sweet too! In a group of farm houses and modern homes it combines Bavarian country with the conveniences of a larger town. We loved it!!!!"

"Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...

"Quiet location on the ground floor of a large block. Sun on the balcony in the morning. 5 minute walk from the centre of the village. 2 minute walk to large supermarket. Enjoyed the table tennis, pool and sauna in the basement. We had a lovely time in Saalbach."

"Warm, clean, close to the centre of Maria Alm, even closer to a supermarket. Great two weeks in an apartment that had every thing we needed. Not too long a walk to the ski lifts, but we left our skis in a depot to make the walk even easier. We didn’t have a car so an ideal location."
