Dear Mr Marcous,We are very sorry you had to face so many inconveniences. I am especially saddened by your review as I had the pleasure to exchange quite a few private emails with your wife before your arrival in order to make your stay unforgettable. Apparently we succeeded, but not in the way we expected.First, regarding the roach. My team informed me about the issue after you had checked out. Having myself a phobia with roaches, I can more than anyone, understand your feeling. Yet it is unfortunately something that may happen anywhere in Morocco and it is very unfortunate it happened at Mayfez. We can assure you that pest control treatments are made monthly by a professional company yet it unfortunately does not protect us 100%. We had never experienced any complaints before, which proves how unfortunate you have been. Yet we do face our responsibility, although, I must confess, I feel really helpless on that point.As for the safe, that was propably a detail for you after the roach issue, we never faced that problem before either. Yet we will require our housekeeping to check on the state of the batteries when cleaning the suites. It makes sense and we probably were not careful enough on that point.Concerning the AC, kindly note that we proceed to maintenance of all our equipments according to international recommendations and that all ACs have been check on August 22nd this year. Yet failures may also be out of our reach sometimes. As far as I am aware it was all fixed on the following morning and for the length of your stay. Once again, I am sorry you had to be the victim of that failure too.The door is an original door from 1910 and has been restored. We have added one door bottom brush to block the dust and leaves from the garden to enter the suite. We would have been happy to exclaim and remove the brush, should we have known that the door had been a discomfort for you. It was a simple question of screws and a five minutes task.We sincerely hope to have a chance to greet you back and make you change your mind about our house.Yours Sincerely,
