"We loved this place with some minor improvements. The rooms are beautiful. And the service was good. It will be much better if the kitchen team takes the time to clean the salt and pepper shakers after each service. Simple to do. Twice we had the salt shaker stained with eggs from prior use. Also, customers and employees are allowed to smoke in the foyer, and you can smell it in the bedrooms. Would be nice to only people smoke at the rooftop. For customers who don’t smoke, it is hard to handle...

"As an American, this was such a unique experience. The riad was absolutely beautiful. I was continually in awe. Though there is so mich history, it was modern in the way it needed to be modern. The staff were so attentive and helpful. It was such a peaceful place to be! 10/10. I visited another riad while i was there. This one was definitely better!"

"WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE My family of 4 booked two nights at this riad, opting to book the suite with the two floors with one large bed and two single beds upstairs. However, when we arrived they showed us to a room with 3 small beds side by side approximately half the size of the room that we thought we were getting. "The hotel has a genuine and most interesting decor. Our rooms are three flights up but we enjoy climbing up the old narrow stairs. Regretfully we only stayed one night. It was a last minute plan to visit the city of Fes. The hotel had been very helpful preparing early breakfast at 2.30am to help us observe fasting in the Ramadhan month. Will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I suppose this was a great hotel when new, but time took cost and now it needs a renovation. Also, it is a better option if you have a car because its location."
