"Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! Greg was wonderful to work with and answered any question we had that came up both prior and upon arrival. The only thing we would mention...

"This home is in a nice neighborhood and seemed to be recently updated. It's truly lovely with a great layout, sleeps 6 easily and has plenty of areas to hang out and unwind. The large kitchen has new appliances and will please anyone interested in preparing meals for family and friends. Easy access to shopping, beach, park & playground. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy!"

"Best property yet for both young and old. I grew up on Long Island sound but always took my family to the Cape…..so sorry I didn’t give the sound a chance….grass always greener over there. Directly on the water, kids could play when tide was low and adults would watch from the deck/porch. Fishing outside the door was good for novice as well as seasoned folks. House had EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of room. Will be back next year."

"The cottage was perfect. All of the basics were supplied such as toilet paper, paper towels, pack and play, booster seat etc. Check in and check out were easy with very little for us to do. Gerard was extremely helpful. He is one of the most efficient and kind property managers that I have ever dealt with. He answered every question I had and provided information about the area.The beach area was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the backyard space was great with the kids!"
