Hi Margaret, thanks for taking the time to review your stay at Poppy Cottage. We are disappointed to hear that you didn't feel comfortable! We have never received feedback about the beds and lounges being uncomfortable - guests normally brag about how comfortable these are! The kitchen is definitely equipped conveniently and spaciously and we will follow up with the owners regarding the tap. This property does have lovely gardens and unfortunately, a few days prior to your arrival there was lots of rain and the lawns couldn't be mowed. In regard to the 'black spot', Poppy Cottage has high speed nbn. You can log into this to make and receive calls, etc. We love feedback and suggestions to be able to improve all guests' stays so thank you! We do hope to welcome you back again in future for a more enjoyable stay.
