"I liked the views of the river and lake. Perhaps more of a breakfast would be nice. (At least it wasn't a motel continental breakfast.) Hotel location is close to the lake, so first part of November, the weather is cold! Google Maps had the address wrong. It's supposed to be East Wacker, not West Wacker, a real problem if you don't know Chicago and are on foot. The hotel is working on it though. Apparently it's not an easy fix."

"Very unique hotel layout, with a 10-story inner atrium that really opens up the interior of the hotel. Rooms are LARGE, very high quality and very clean. Great free breakfast, including a custom-order omelette bar. Location is great, just off Michigan Avenue, with Red Line subway station 1 block away. Great stay! "
