"The cabin is just as described, if not better. Blake and Susan are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They have thought of everything that anyone could possibly need to make a stay at their cabin and the local area the best possible experience. I loved everything about the cabin and hope to return."
"This cabin is great! Amazing views. Quiet neighborhood. Close access to shops and restaurants. The property manager is very good with communication. We loved our stay."

"The cabin was perfect! We had 5 in our group. We did some cooking, the cabin had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels for all. The only thing negative is the mattress in the main upstairs room had divits on both sides and I have been seeing a chiropractor since January. We did have a mattress topper with us that we used but a new firm mattress would be a great benefit. Thank you, Linda! You are an awesome host!"

"Our family stayed here over spring break. Had to catch our breath going up and down the steps to the door but the house and view were beautiful. Mountain views from every room and balcony. Enjoyed the fireplace during the snow storm and loved the hot tub. Plenty of room for all of us."
"Excellent location close to Fall River entrance of RMNP. River flowing by the patio. Huge rooms with jacuzzi tub, fireplace and nicely equipped kitchen. Older property but nicely maintained."
"Our visit at The Landing was better than expected. The views from our balcony were breathtaking! Jay was fantastic with all the recommendations he offered for food and activities! And of course the wildlife didn’t disappoint either. We will be back!"

"Cozy home. Gorgeous views. Comfy beds. There was enough room for all 6 of us! Fully stocked kitchen. Nice location. Minutes away from RMNP entrance. Also a nice grocery store that we love to shop at! We saw elk and deer in the yard! Would definitely recommend!"
"Absolutely amazing place to stay it’s so romantic. Honestly it’s perfect for a small getaway . We’re definitely going to stay again. This time we stayed for our first wedding anniversary. It was absolutely worth it . Almost all stores were open. It’s definitely worth going up there and staying "

"Best value. Room was very nice, clean, with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Outdoor games for kids. Firepits with s'mores. Meeting room. Most local hotels offer a lot less for more money. Very nice staff. Nice breakfast."
"We stayed in the Moose Haven cabin 2. My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying in this cabin. It was in the middle of the two major reason for our visit, not more than 3 to 5 minutes to town or one of RMNP entrances. The cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay, including spices and seasonings for cooking with necessary utensils. They even had extra personal need items available if you forgot things such as toothbrush/paste or deodorant. They had a nice variety of board games, books, fishing poles, some sporting equipment, a fire pit and a gas grill for your cabin use only. There is a Safeway and dollar tree minutes away, we were able to purchase groceries for our stay. We didn’t use the pool, it was too cold for that, but was nice to know it was there. I was worried about renting a cabin with my children as a single parent, this place took my worries away, it was more like staying in someone’s home rather than a “motel.” I definitely recommend for families, I hope they keep their prices reasonable as well, the amount we paid was more than reasonable for what we were provided. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. Thank you Nicks Resort for a great experience."
"It was our fourth stay and it is for us the go to place to return to. It is second to none. We love the building, location, the lovely suites and beautiful grounds. Also great amenties."
