“The Okra Inn is the property to book if you are needing space, convenience, and comfort. My family and I reserved the location to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. I must say the pictures are not enough to justify how beautiful this home is! It was beyond clean and well organized. Last but not least, the owners Lindsay and Adam were hospitable and friendly. They were excellent with communication and assisted us with all questions. We will definitely book here again!”

“The suite had everything we needed…comfortable bed, hot water with good water pressure, the AC worked great. They have quiet hours at night which we appreciated. We brought blankets like we usually do when traveling. Parking is convenient. There is a trail a few blocks away with a great view of the French Quarter that leads to the ferry, which we took advantage of while we were there.”

“What a beautiful home this is. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor but the owner allowed us to have a look at all the other rooms which were beautiful. Our apartment was very spacious with all amenities for self catering including washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable and lounge area also good. Constance the owner was really nice and made a great breakfast for us. Definitely recommend this place to stay. A bus can be caught right across the road to take you down to...

“Pésimo, tuvimos que anular nuestra estadía: 1) indicaba que tenía estacionamiento y era falso; publicidad engañosa. 2) Sistema operación tarjeta de crédito NO funcionaba. Se intento con 4 tarjetas diferentes y sistema siempre rechazaba, aún cuando antes y después de esta reserva estuvimos en otros 4 hoteles y ciudades distintas sin inconveniente alguno. Y tampoco recibían efectivo como garantía. 3) La única persona que estaba para recibir, lo peor en atención que he visto en mi vida. ”

“Es una casa antigua muy bien conservada. Preciosa, limpia. Un lugar hogareño donde se puede disfrutar la estancia y convivir con los dueños. El desayuno es excelente.”

“My 13 friends and I loved the house! Communication with Craig and Trevor was easy and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in and a pack and play for the infant. The house was exactly like the pictures and we loved that there was an open space for the whole group to enjoy together, as well as the pool. It’s an easy walk to Frenchmen St (which we enjoyed more than Bourbon St anyways). Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in Nola!”

She’s attentive, punctual, friendly, funny and totally on top of everything that’s going on in the area. I know that I will be staying there again on my next visit to New Orleans. ”

“Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto.”

“La televisión por cable no funcionó. Se reportó en recepción y no lo pudieron resolver. No limpiaron la habitación al día siguiente. Entiendo que no cambien las toallas pero, barrer y botar la basura lo deberían hacer a diario.”

“Está muy bien ubicado puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y está muy limpio. La única pega que le veo es que necesita un poco más de muebles para poder dejar maletas y neceseres. En los baños no hay donde apoyar el neceser ni dejar tus cosas.”
