"Perfect for myself, mom and two teenage daughters. Conveniently Located. Warm and cozy. The only negative I’d say is the beds were harder than we like. Other than that, next time I visit Erie, we will be staying again!"

"Perfect quaint apartment that’s hidden in the trees yet still very close to town and just a walk to the lake. For someone who loves the woods and the beach, this location is for you. Dave was very kind during our stay and helpful since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The apartment was extremely clean as well. Will definitely consider coming back!"

The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit. Strong smell of dog urine. Inside unit however was clean and perfect. No off putting odors!"

"We enjoyed ourselves during our getaway. Many wineries near little shops close by and the people were great to talk to in this area. Very friendly and hospitable. Would recommend the property. Good value and nice space. Recommend Skunk and Goat Tavern too. Fantastic food!"

"We did not receive the door code, so we contacted the owner and she quickly made everything right. The apartment was great and exceeded our expectations. The only suggestion is to provide suitcase stand(s). We definitely will stay here again when in the area. "

"We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Overall our stay here was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding in a nearby city and loved that we could wake up, grab coffee from the coffee shop below, walk across the street for brunch at the brewery, and walk the gorgeous lake. The condo is on a busy-ish so after traveling all night and getting in at 2am it was a little shocking to hear loud music and car breaks before 7am but that is to no fault of the owners."

"For the 3 of us, it was great. We enjoyed the Presque isle hiking trails, kayaking and boat tour spread out over 3 days. Local meadery was a nice find. Campfire Friday and Saturday nights. Place was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen, we did one load of laundry, nice to go back with clean clothes."
