"We only got to stay for 1 night and it rained so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or explore the property to its full potential. Even with that said it was one of our favorite nights of a 12 week Italy roadtrip. The owner was great - even though the restaurant on property was meant to be closed, he opened it just for us and cooked us the most incredible meal. "Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
