It’s an older motel but it is very clean, reasonably priced and convenient to distilleries and to restaurants. The owners are vey nice and very accommodating.

It was fine, not good or bad. Very close to everything in town without being overly priced. There was hair in our shower but everything else seemed relatively clean as far as a motel goes. The room had a heavy smell of cologne or maybe a room spray was used versus smelling clean which was odd. Personally, I prefer a cleaner smell. I was skeptical and checked every nook and cranny before bringing anything in due to the bedbug reviews and was pleasantly surprised by the state of the mattress, love seat, and dressers

A pleasant surprise
This is not one of the big chain hotels and I was a bit concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. It was well kept for its age. The room was spacious. The bed quilt was charming.

Outlets on one wall weren’t working, housekeeping left rag and cleaner in room (which isn’t a big deal). The outlets not working was inconvenient- couldn’t have lamp, refrigerator, and microwave on together, only one could be plugged in. The room had a musty old smell which was really noticeable as you entered. I just feel they could do more.
