Room was huge and really lovely, premium bed and the shower was fantastic. Had a coffee machine in room but no coffee to go with it. No proper cups only paper cups to use. Staff very minimal English, and not really interested at check in. The valet took car key to park car and left it exactly where we parked it on the street anyway. Breakfast was very good variety, but again staff move around like ghosts avoiding eye contact. Hotel good, recommend stay if using as stopover point.

Wonderful hotel
Hotel is smart and modern, extremely clean. Staff are very helpful and considerate. Breakfast is brilliant with a different hot choice every day that we were there (10 days). Overall outstanding and wouldn't hesitate to return on our next visit to Elazig.

Hilton ile uzaktan yakından alakası yok. Otelin girişi, resepsiyon, restaurant , dekorlar daha çok yerel işletme gibi. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı da çok vasat. Sigarasız oda diye verdiler ama her yer sigara kokuyordu. Kalabalıkta asansöre binmek imkansız, sıra gelmesi mümkün değil. Otopark sorunu var, valeye vermeniz şart.

Mitten in der Stadt
„Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr“ wurde hier sehr genau genommen: schon vorher wurde mit abräumen begonnen, und Punkt halb elf war das Licht aus, und es gab auch keinen Tee mehr. Das Frühstück war allerdings außerordentlich reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Auch am Restaurant gibt es etwas zu bemängeln. Vom reichhaltigen Angebot auf der Speise- und Getränkekarte ist nur etwa ein Viertel erhältlich. Etwas irreführend. Das Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Wir hatten einen Balkon, den wir am Abend gerne genutzt haben

Otel resepsiyondan itibaren başlayıp sabah kahvaltısına kadar çalışan herkes asık suratlı nerden geldi bu insanlar gibi bakıyor çalışanlar daha ilgili Hilton adına yakışır bir otel bekliyordum. Temizlik fena sayılmaz oda konforlu fakat giren çıkan insanın haddi hesabı yok
