I stayed here for 3 days. This is a great hotel to stay at if you're stopping by for business or if you want to be near the airport. Surrounding areas feels safe and quiet enough. They offer valet parking and you're charged per day if you use this, so I can't comment on self-parking. Staff is friendly and helpful with questions. The rooms are spacious and clean. My only gripe was that the pillows are uncomfortable, too soft for me personally... literally was sinking into them. We ordered room service during our stay and food was GREAT. The quantity of food was actually way more than I thought it'd be. It did come a couple minutes late but that was no biggie. Lastly, like most people have probably suggested, go to their rooftop bar and enjoy the views of the city!

Loved our stay at the Plaza! We had our two golden retrievers with us and they were so incredibly accommodating. They provided a treat bag for the dogs as well as dog beds. Area was great with a beautiful park right across the street. Rooftop bar is definitely something to see and enjoy a cocktail on. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Great stop over on Cinco de Mayo while traveling west. Hotel was fantastic. Rooms were nice sized with large bathrooms, beautifully done. Rooms have coffee, mini bar and all the required amenities. Restaurant was excellent as well. We did not get to the roof top bar as there was a private party. Parking is a little goofy, just valet it's easier. Staff were all excellent and helpful. I will stay again if and when I am passing through.

This was one of the most dog friendly places I have ever stayed. They provided our pups with a swag bag including treats, clean up bags, and a scarf. They also provided bowls and beds. They even had a doggie room service menu! The hotel was immaculate, bed was comfortable, amenities were top notch, and the fast accommodating service was unbeatable. The bar made delicious cocktails and the area around the hotel was full of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. It was such an enjoyable stay.

This hotel was exceptional in every way. From the lobby to the exquisite room and amenities to the restaurant in the hotel. I cut my tenderloin steak with a fork. The rooftop lounge at sunset is a must. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Let's be perfectly fair and clear, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are appointed incredibly well, comfortable beds and great amenities. After you've checked in, what they don't tell you is that they have had a known issue with a bar just next-door that stays open until 2 AM and plays the loudest rave music. They openly admitted that they've had to call the police on them countless times through the years. And when I say loud, I wear hearing aids, and without them, I could hear/feel the music pulsating throughout the room, to the point where we couldn't sleep for several waking hours. When I went downstairs to request a room change, they were oversold, which is understandable but they have a responsibility to share that with us. Last I checked, it was the hospitality business. You wouldn't invite someone in to your own home and then place a large radio next to them at full blast unless you intended to torture them. Maybe they don't understand that there are people passing through who are weary travelers, or maybe just want a good nights sleep. I will go out of my way to spread the horrible experience we had and never stay in this hotel. If it makes you feel any better, they offered earplugs, which is hilarious. They do give you a nice note with the managers name, and the name of the bar where the noise is coming from. It has her number on it, but apparently she doesn't know how to pick up a phone. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The experience from the initial phone call to reservations to final checkout was high class. Excellent customer service, the rooms are so clean, loaded with amenities and the beds are comfortable. The room service and food were so delicious. The bartender and servers were exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to El Paso.

Very nice, modern, elegant hotel that still manages to keep its old world charm hotel right in the middle of town. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Restaurant on the roof is a great place to get some drinks and appetizers while taking in a nice view of downtown El Paso

Excellently appointed, modern facility & accommodation. Friendly & professional front desk staff. Disastrous dining experience: ridiculously elaborate menu that staff could not support. Waited 45 minutes for appetizers and the server then dumped hot main course on our table at the same time without plates. Had to ask 3 times for water.

Beautiful view of downtown from many of the rooms. The rooms are new and have many current amenities, such as automatic curtains and charging stations within the drawers. We didn't eat there, but the steakhouse smelled delicious. Check-in staff was very courteous.

Absolutely awesome hotel. We booked Plaza last minute and they had a room available. The moment we pulled up the bellmen and valet were very friendly and helpful. Cesar, Carlos, and Joey were so wonderful and helped us with our luggage and car and our pup was actually calm around them which is rare for her, ha! Lucas and Jacob were very helpful concierge and very informative and patient with us and our pup. They also gave her a little doggy treat bag with potty bags and a little scarf! We order room service and the woman on the phone and the man and woman who delivered our meals were very nice and handled our food with care. Overall, this was such a a wonderful experience even for our one night stay and it was so quiet in the hotel that we slept very well. 10/10 experience. Will definitely book again in the future!
