Our room was quite far from the lobby….down 3 hallways. Only working ice machine was up one floor and down two hallways. Carpet in room was fairly dirty and makeup mirror was so loose of couldn’t be used. Linens and all else was clean. Free breakfast was good.

Very old, ratty and rundown, yet expensive. Might be okay if they charged 50-70$.

Our first impression as we checked in was how "old" the reception area looked. No matter how much you clean, the carpets, the wallpaper coming off, furniture all beat up, this place needs a lot of TLC.

The property is in dire need of refurbishment. Everything is old. I had a non-functional refrigerator/freezer, broken lamp, and worn out furniture in the room. With some TLC it could be a wonderful place to stay.

It has a very comfy bed and a nice shower! The breakfast the serve is nice quality too. Very friendly staff. A few of thw security doors 6 not work and anyone could walk in.

Front desk staff was very nice and professional. Housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door in the morning, before checkout time. Some knocks were quiet and difficult to hear, with no time to respond before they started to open rhe door.

There was mold on the bathroom wall. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The bathroom sink was clogged and cracked. The mirror on the wall was falling off. It was not updated. It was very old and our sliding glass door would not lock, so no, I will never stay there again. The whole suite was very dark you had to open the curtains to get enough light and at night it was very dark lighting is needs to be updated.

For a Wyndham, the property was tired. Pool was dirty for entire 5 days we were there. One of the sliding doors did not lock. Mattress comfortable. Breakfast ok. Twice key card demagnetized, both at same time. Told that happens at all hotels.

The only good about this hotel is location
The petson working the front desk at 3am on 2/24/24 has a horrible attitude and doesnt know the first thing about customer service and appropriate interaction with guests. Very rude and cones off as a smart ass.
