Upon arrival, I asked the reception desk clerk for a quiet room, as I was very tired and needed to rest. She gave me a very noisy room on the 3rd floor, facing the busy I-10 highway. Needless to say, I had a restless night due to the constant noise. Very poor customer service.

The place was fine for a stop to sleep and then leave but other than that I thought I paid to much…had kind of a strange oder when we walked in…then got in the room and noticed right away that the flooring needed help and our blackout curtains had holes in the blackout stuff so light was coming in. Then the continental breakfast was a joke…we had just come from staying in an amazing hotel in New Orleans that cost 15 more and was newly renovated and had a full breakfast so I will be looking harder for our trip back to Florida

My room was very cleaned. Little bit noisy I was able to hear the people talking outside I was on 2nd floor. I proceeded to take a shower. When I opened the faucet the handle came off. I was able to put it back and didn’t reported to maintenance. I was in a hurry to leave. AC unit was making a squeaky sound every time it stopped. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I will stay there again if need to. Excellent housekeeping service. Needs better maintenance.

This property was a great pit stop for long drive. Safe, convenient, clean, and beds were comfortable. Only thing is that they dont have body wash provided in the bathroom which is why I'd give it a 4/5. (:

We had to stay in because a medical procedure and the TV has so few channels, it would have been nice if the tv was a smart tv and you could use your own netflix account or at least to have more channels. Overall it was a good hotel, good location, clean, quiet, easy access, good staff

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled. The room had a seemingly new vinyl plank floor and new tile in the shower. The bed was old and creaky. An upholstered chair in the room and a similar one in the lobby were old and stained. As for safety, the hotel clerk's desk is behind a glass enclosure, apparently for a reason. The breakfast was adequate for me, with oatmeal in envelopes but no bagels. Some people would be disappointed by the lack of the usual eggs and sausage, which I don't eat.

We had two dogs they charge 20 for each. The cost of the hotel is cheaper on Expedia which is great! It’s very affordable and a great hotel for the price. Best thing is we had 5 pillows and tons of towels. We slept great!

We made a stop here during a cross country move and were super impressed. Clean, safe, comfortable rooms. Check in was easy and the hotel is pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. Highly recommend if seeking accommodations in the area
