"The property is very nice. It looks like a quaint family cottage with a newer large addition. Everything worked perfectly and the views are gorgeous. Lakeside is on Sand Bay, and a few hundred yards in front is Riley Bay. Water on two sides. Property is within 15 minutes of our two favorite boat ramps to fish the Sturgeon Bay Area. Beds and amenities all good and the property manager is very responsive. Great place for families or fisherman. Twenty steps out the door and your toes are in Sand...

"This property is located on Sturgeon Bay and the views of the water are panoramic across the property. The water can be seen from nearly windows on the property and is only about 50 feet from the water. The property owners were most helpful and truly cared about our comfort and preferences."

"We stayed here with my parents who are in their mid seventies. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It’s located in a quiet area in the woods, perfect location to reach all the major stops in DC. Very clean and the host provided a lot of little perks…coffee station, emergency toiletries, gift, etc. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again!"

"The pros:Check in was extremely easy and it was communicated perfectly on how to access building. We had a large group and the house was able to fit all of us and they were super cool about the additional members. I very much appreciated that. The house appeared to have everything we needed. We could not locate washer and dryer because usually during my stays I leave the house fully clean and I do the linens and towels and I wasn’t able to do that but the description stated there was a washer...

"This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!"

It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach and enjoy the sunshine.The bonfire pit was a great addition for us to enjoy. The cottage was clean and gave a perfect amount of space for the size of my family. We are definitely going to come back next summer!"
