The location is hard to beat. Most of the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a girl at the front desk, she sounded Russian or Eastern European, and she really seemed to have it out for us for some reason. She would fight requests, where the other guys working would easily oblige (mostly in regards to coffee, which seems an odd thing to try and hold hostage) and she acted like we were complete idiots when we asked questions. Had a back of the house attitude if you ask me. As far as the room goes, we felt like we were kind of shoved in the basement. It was absolutely frigid the whole time. We had the heat cranked up and left our card in the wall so that the heat would stay on while we were out, but it never warmed up to a completely comfortable temperature and I think there was a governor on the thermostat. The bathroom looked like it had flooded at some point. All the grout was loose and breaking, which made it feel like it wasn't that clean. Beds was comfortable and we heard no complaints from our pull-out sleeper, which is actually quite a feat.
