“There were 2 humongous water tanks to view out our window. I was expecting trees when I opened the curtain. ”

“We liked that the hotel was a main highway just outside of Ruidoso but close enough to drive into town. The place was clean, and they had a good continental breakfast. They have a deck behind the hotel that has a clean swimming pool and hot tub. There was some renovation going on, but it wasn't too bad.”

“Did not appreciate the Buddha in the breakfast area. ”

“The room was nice and clean. The only issue I had was the shower curtain does not fit the tub. It is curved too far out and is hung to high so it doesn't reach the inside of the tub. about a six inch gap from curtain to shower. Water goes all over the floor. ”

“I added Lily to my reservation,as my guest and when I arrived: Donna Mayo. They could not find my reservation. It was only under lily Shaw. Very irritating. I arrived at 4 and lily wasn’t coming till after 8. So that was very inconvenient that I paid for a room I couldn’t even check into. ”

“The staff is welcoming and has great customer service. The room was very well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Loved the pillows. I also like how the blankets had some weight to them. It was quiet and relaxing. No issues at all! ”
