I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. It didn’t help that there were some truly loud guests while we were there. Would still recommend as I did love the room.

Check in is at a different hotel around the corner, location is central but very noisy, booked two beds yet this hotel only has single beds. No shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes everywhere !

Wederom een erg goede ervaring in Durbuy en nu dan als extra dit hotel; goede service, mooie kamers en goede kwaliteit. We komen terug.

Hôtel annoncé sur certains sites comme rénové , 4 étoiles . Très vieillot , sanitaires propres mais sdb ancienne , vielle moquette , bien aspirée mais tachée . Odeur de moisi . Aucune réception , clé à aller chercher à l’hotel victoria . Par contre , pdj délicieux !

Nice old hotel with several disappointing issues
The hotel is old and charming with a spacious room and a good bed, shower and bath. But no WiFi coverage in the room, a bed cover that was dirty, spider webs behind the chair and a staff that does mot know how to reacti to crticism.
