Good day AlanI would like to take this opportunity to thank you for bringing to our attention the unfortunate disadvantage that occurred during your stay at Road Lodge Durban , regarding the Air con , shower and noise from across the street. Our primary objective is to extend Hospitality to our clients in terms of our quality room, product and service. The maintenance team has attended to the air conditioner, shower that didn’t work properly and would like to give you my assurance that I will resolve the issues.We honestly believe that we can turn a negative experience into a positive one and ask you to afford us the opportunity to do so in future.
