The only issues were the bed was way too close to the hvac unit a d it was too high. It made it extremely difficult to get into bed.

Price was right for a good nights rest on my driving trip. Bed was comfortable and hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, muffins, bagels, juice, milk, coffee, and other items. I will stay there again when going through Durango CO.

Like: Staff friendly and helpful. Comfort of bed. Room was spacious, beds plus sofa. Loved kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Bath sink seperated/outside from tub & toilet, allowed multiple people to get ready at once. Hot breakfast was awesome. Dislike: Pool & Spa need resurfaced/cleaned. Because of browning under to waterline, some people thought the pool dirty, so would not get in. This was the only reason for not giving a rating of "Excellent".

The room was very large (we had the handicap accessible room even though it wasn't requested), the beds and bedding very comfortable. The room was very clean and it's was great to have a full kitchen and not just a mini-fridge like most hotels.

The property was clean. The rooms were super clean. It was quiet/peaceful during the evening time. It had good breakfast options. My only complaints were that I had wanted to be on the same floor as my daughter and grandkids. They were put on the 3rd floor and initially they wanted to put me on the first floor. As a single lady I didn't think that was a good idea! They did end up moving me to the 2nd floor. It worked out! It was super quiet. They also required a 50.00 deposit on top of the reservation for any damages. It did take them 7 days to refund that back to my card. But overall it was an enjoyable stay! I'd Def recommend this location.

Overall stay somewhere else.
The morning staff were very rude and if I could’ve I would’ve canceled our stay right at trying to check in, however, the afternoon/evening staff were amazing and the same happened on Saturday. If it weren’t for the evening staff we would never stay there again. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable until night (there was a loud noise that shook/vibrated the bed and couldn’t sleep. Almost sounded and felt like it was coming from the bottom of the hotel.

I loved the spacious room and the kitchenette! Full sized refrigerator, cooktop, and a microwave! The beds were uncomfortable, however, and the thermostat LED was so bright that we had to cover it with black paper to sleep! The room was very clean, however, and we would probably stay again.
