Absolute chaotic stay, granted it was a horrific flood but there seems to be no disaster recovery plan to get folks out of there seamlessly. I stayed there one night and wasn’t able to get back, the entire lobby and neighborhood was flooded. Getting back to fish my luggage out of the hotel was an absolute disaster, carrying 2 50lbs suitcases with my partner on our shoulders with 0 help from the hotel staff. I still haven’t heard back from the hotel or Expedia on a refund for the 5 nights I didn’t stay there!

Our water system was seriously disrupted, leaving it in a temporarily non-operational condition. Our team together with the local authorities have been working round the clock and we are doing our utmost to rectify this as soon as possible.We understand your frustration over situation however, please allow us to inform that our management team has been very careful in taking a step forward as our guest’s and entire teams safety is still our priority and responsibility. Very close to two of the metro stations and also the bus stations. With a 10 minute walk from the Mall of Emirates, which had many stores, food options, and entertainment. The breakfast was complete and actually very affordable. The rooms were cleaned, and staff was courteous and helpful all the time. There is a person who sells tours within the facility that makes it more helpful

Amrita, Naser, Badr, Nour, Judy, and Gianmarco make staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates delightful. Front Office Manager Amrita and deputies, Naser and Badr were kind, friendly, professional and quick to lend a helping hand. Nour is fabulous! When he greets guests, his million dollar smile lights up the lobby and makes everyone feel like they are coming to stay with 'old' friends. Judy has been fantastic in making sure our deliveries were quickly and efficiently delivered. Her professionalism and bubbly personality is lovely. The only option for a place to stay when visiting Dubai is the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates.

Amrita was kind, helpful, understanding and professional in helping us. Nour's smile lights up the lobby. Gianmarco made both my mother's birthday and my birthday extra special. Everything was perfect - helpful front desk, good location, clean room with very nice shampoo. One thing to add is the shower (also bathroom) is a bit slippery. Might wanna add some antiskid on the floor or more handles.
