the reception staff were incredibly rude. i did not feel welcome at all. i had to wait hours to get checked in. even when someone had arrived after me they still were offered a room before me. the receptionist pretend you’re not even there when you go up to the desk to talk to them. the cleaning staff, pool staff and door men were very lovely. however the receptionists were horrible, it’s like they didn’t want to do their job.
Decent price for a short stay. We planned on going to the miracle garden, dinner in the sky and the mall of emirates all which were a short distance away by cab. The concierge was able to get us a metered cab whenever we needed one. The hotel is clean but old looking and can use an upgrade specially the carpet and the bathroom. We were only there for a 12 hour layover so we didn’t experience much. We didn’t even spend the night otherwise we probably would’ve opted for something a bit more luxurious.
The cleanliness was the most important factor for me and they were didn’t disappoint.
The room and bathroom was very clean.
The internet was fine, the overall parking area needs Improvement as a lot of clutter here n there.
My only gripe was the pillows were not great, could hav been better.

For the evernight stay we received a very friendly welcome.... The room was lovely..clean and very comfortable bed...clean bathroom with a powerfull shower...i like yo stay there iam sure our next trip also we like to stay in your hotel ...thanku your staff also really good and like friendly....
Don't ask for taxi or car rental. They direct you to bell man, who is big time scammer! Car rental he tried to pitch was EuroCar with had 1 star reviews all over internet. Instead taxi he called us private transport assured us it will be cheaper. When we took taxi it was 30% cheaper after all.
Sauna very small for 3 people max.

I am writing this mail to revert you for the Negative review which you have posted in Expedia. First of all I would like to take an apologize for the inconvenience occurred during your stay & I would like to request you some additional information with regards to the Vehicle arrangements as you claim that our Bell desk team tried to scam you by pushing to high Value vehicle. I am surprise to read this statement as we have 3 Concierge in my team they all are Serving more than 10 Years for our hotel with out complaints such like this because as per their protocol they are not supposed to rent out any vehicle from outside as we don’t have any signed Rent a car partners for our hotels . I take your point on top priority & Let me personally investigate on this matter from the scratch and will definitely get back to you soon with the entire statement , Also our sauna in Health club area was designed for only for single person at the time to track this We have Lifeguard in place who can reserve a time slot for sauna treatment.
Consider my Apology mail & request you to remove this review this time & give us one more opportunity to serve you much batter & take we shall assure you we will get 5 out of 5 Review on our service.
We tried calling you back on you number and email but both places it is not getting through.
Don't listen to the bad reviews! This place was a well him gem. The rooms are quiet and comfy and I was even right by the elevator. The staff is well trained and tailor to your every need. It is an excellent choice for the money. All of the bad reviews left here were obviously from very finicky people. This is a really good hotel and deserves a higher rating.

Not recommended for business travellers
If you travel on business, and the internet in the hotel is just not working, I find it unacceptable. The system they have is totally old fashioned.

Overall good, however their in-house restaurant is for cheating people. The quantity on menu and what actually you get is very different even the rates that they charge (on pretext of new rates) are different to those in in-room dining menu and on complaining they tell you to buzz off in a polite way.

Very nice small hotel close to Mall of the Emirates. Big clean comfortable rooms easy parking excellent staff. Did not try the breakfast. WiFi functioned well.

3 night stay in Dubai before leaving for Abu Dhabi.. Hotel was within walking distance to emirates mall and several nice restaurants. The staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient.. they were outstanding with directions, information, assistance, etc. i would highly recommend this hotel and if given the opportunity will surely choose to stay here again!

The AC is too cold.
Harder you try to decrease the fan speed and increase the temperature, with no success.
They always forget to put towels in the toilet.
The smell in the B3 Level of the Parking is very bad.
No visitors allowed.

Ok if you need to save some money.
Nice lobby and parking is valet because it is a very busy area. They gave me an executive suite which was nice. Engish TV limited. Breakfast not great and not free for me. 40AED. 1 hour After being told to go to my room and my luggage would brought up shortly I called the desk and 40 minutes later went down and got it myself. Never ate here at night. Walked around a lot at night for a restaurant. Found a couple I tried. 5 6 out of 10. Not a good area to stay unless you have to be in that area.

Very spacious room! Weak wifi but hotel staff quickly fixed the problem. Quick walk to the Mall of the Emirates but there is no sidewalk. Supermarket is very close as well.
