“The room is big, clean, with sufficient kitchen wares for light cooking. The hotel is with excellent location and free packing offered for EV. Pleasant stay, sure that will come back again! ”

Room was close to elevator and a bit noisy but otherwise it was an excellent stay. The restaurant was very good with beautiful view of harbour. ”

“Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing. Minimum cleaning was then……

“My stay at the Bedford Regency was good in that it was very centrally located and convenient to most in-town things. The parking experience however was very frustrating as that the dedicated garage was about two blocks away and had limited access during weekends and evenings. If you need access to your car, I would not recommend this hotel. If you intend on walking (for which this is very centrally located), I would recommend this hotel.”
