"The Omni is in a great location. They seem short staffed, but the staff working all were very friendly. The rooms were not very clean, but the bed was very comfortable. For the price paid, I would expect a bit more from a hotel."

"Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece."

"Overall a good option, especially for families. The lobby is on the 6th floor, pool on the 19th. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location and good dining options within walking distance (Doc B’s across the street, pizzeria uno around the corner). We needed more blankets and it took over an hour when we called, plus we didn’t get housekeeping as scheduled but not a big deal on either. Overall I’d recommend the hotel. "Able to walk to beach and navy pier. Honestly left car in parking garage for 3 days. Really good restaurants on the block. Chicago dog stand at beach. And again beach was straight walk from hotel. THE VIEW!!! We watched boats while going to bed city's view was breathtaking. "
